L-CAS presence at virtual IROS 2020, including best agri-robotics nominee

Instead of meeting world-leading researchers in robotics in Las Vegas this week, we at L-CAS are all confined to our homes. But IROS 2020 is still an exciting event for the world of robotics and ourselves. With the conference being free and “on-demand”, it is more inclusive than ever. Simply head over to their website: https://www.iros2020.org/ to join and watch 1000s of presentations in all areas of robotics research.

This year, L-CAS is presenting 6 papers, ranging from perception and tracking, through perception and modelling, to exploration and manipulation across a variety of domains.

If you are registered for on-demand IROS, the slides below take you directly to the presentations and papers by our research team. We are particularly pleased that our work on “Incorporating Spatial Constraints into a Bayesian Tracking Framework for Improved Localisation in Agricultural Environments” is nominated for Best Agri-robotics Paper ✮. Congratulations to the whole team.
